Job Description
Duties :
Develop and maintain relationships with numerous medical practices,
· Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and coordinate tasks with internal teams
· Lead engaging monthly meetings to discuss metrics, new patient leads, and content strategies
· Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance client success
· Develop and own marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs
· Establish expertise in specialty optical care to provide unparalleled service
Requirements :
· Grade 12
· Marketing diploma / Degree preferred,
· Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience
· Minimum 2+ years of client-facing experience, managing multiple accounts simultaneously
· Experience in the optical industry is highly desirable
· Excellent communication skills,
· Must have a private, quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection as this is a fully remote position
· Must be willing to work some flexible hours as the company is not based in South Africa.
