Aircon Technician

Job Description

Duties :

Install new air conditioning systems according to specifications and manufacturer instructions.

· Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing air conditioning systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.

· Diagnose and repair malfunctions in air conditioning systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

· Perform regular inspections of air conditioning units and related equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

· Respond promptly to service calls from clients and address their concerns in a professional manner.

· Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

Requirements :

· Grade 12

· Tertiary qualifications preferred,

· Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role.

· Technical expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of air conditioning systems.

· Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues related to air conditioning units.

· Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices.

· Valid drivers license
