Production Team Leader

Job Description

Duties :

Management of the team,

· Responsible for daily reports and taking action required when targets are not met,

· Manpower planning, station ergonomics,

· Scrap management and quality supervision,

· Assist with WIP

Requirements :

· Grade 12

· Technical Diploma / Qualification

· Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience in a production environment.

· Automotive industry experience preferred,

· Strong technical knowledge,

· Proficient in MS Office with advanced MS Excel,

· Must be willing to work shifts
