Job Description

Minimum Requirements :

Matric / Grad3 12

Tertiary Qualification – LLB Degree / Post Qualification in IT Law and Contracts Law

At least 8 years’ experience in an IT Contract and License management role

Must be skilled in regulatory compliance, standards and managing contract lifecycle stages

Knowledge of IT relevant legislation and regulations (King III & IV, GDPR, PoPIA, ICT Act).

Experience using contract and license management systems and Software Asset Management Systems will be advantageous
