Financial Mastery:
Handle quotes, invoices, and monthly statements with finesse.
Efficiently allocate payments using Sage.
Procurement Prodigy:
Source top-notch materials and stock for our office supplies.
Be the mastermind behind procurement activities.
Transport & Courier Maestro:
Oversee and manage transport and courier services.
Ensure smooth operations in this critical area.
Accounting Ace:
Manage supplier accounts like a pro.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments for a healthy cash flow.
Documentation Dynamo:
Keep things organized with diligent filing.
Collaborate with the accountant on bank capturing, reconciliation, PAYE, and VAT.
Scheduling Superhero:
Keep the whiteboard updated with current and pending jobs.
Provide weekly management reports to keep everyone in the loop.
Collaboration Captain:
Work closely with draughtsmen for job material lists and drawings.
Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and handle monthly payment certificates.
HR Hero:
Manage medicals and employee contracts.
Handle HR-related queries with professionalism.
Safety Sentinel:
Ensure project safety files are meticulously managed.
Keep safety a top priority.
Time and Payroll Guru:
Manage Duratrend Interns’ timesheets and leave schedules.
Handle payroll and wages weekly and monthly.
Team Player:
Support bank payments daily, weekly, and monthly.
Manage employee PPE like a pro.
