Role Responsibilities:
Revenue forecasts, cost control, and cash management
Shareholder communication and share register management
Internal and external audit oversight, legislative, and tax compliance
Goal setting aligned with organisational objectives
Structuring operations to deliver on strategy
Career and succession planning
Leading to inspire performance and adherence to core values
Strategic and best practice leadership
Providing financial models for maximising performance
Researching industry practices and benchmarking performance
Board and executive committee reporting in collaboration with the CEO
Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
Ideal qualification: CA(SA) or equivalent.
Knowledge and practical experience in currency hedging and managing multi-currency bank accounts.
Exposure to corporate governance and business risk management practices.
Sound knowledge of IT systems.
Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain strategic alliances.
Capable of strategic thinking while effectively managing day-to-day operations.
Encourages creativity, innovation, and a solution-focused approach.
Skilled in project and change management methodologies.
Effective communication, coaching, and facilitation capabilities.
