Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines
– Monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency
– Manage and supervise a team of production staff to ensure that production targets are met
– Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth production processes
– Monitor and manage production costs to ensure that production remains within budget
– Develop and maintain production reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in production management, engineering, or a related field
– At least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of meeting production targets and optimizing production efficiency
– Ability to manage a team of production staff and coordinate production processes
– Knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools and software
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
