National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) – a Joint Venture Company of Govt. of India and States of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P, under the administrative control of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in National Capital Region (NCR), ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access. The RRTS will be a new, dedicated, high speed, high capacity, comfortable commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR. It will provide reliable, high frequency, point to point safe regional travel at high speed for relatively longer distance with fewer stops. The technology chosen would allow covering distances of 100 km. in an hour with scheduled stoppages. The system would also ensure the convenience of quality last mile connectivity, addressing the needs of all categories of travelers on the network. The corridors being developed under RRTS Phase-1 are Delhi- Ghaziabad- Meerut, Delhi- Gurugram- SNB- Alwar and Delhi- Panipat. Once operational, RRTS will be the fastest, the most comfortable and the safest mode of travel in the NCR. The Company offers attractive pay, perks and allowances attached to the post/ grade as per company policy. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the office/ work-place of NCRTC during the course of their service.

Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 01(One) year experience in Civil construction work, preferably with Metro Rail/ Railways construction projects
About Organization :
The NCRTC is a joint partnership institution between the Central Government and the participating states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and the NCT of Delhi. Agreeing to this partnership, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between participating stakeholders was signed on 29th June, 2011 and an equity share in NCRTC was agreed upon for setting up an initial seed capital of Rs.100 crore. The contributions for this equity share from the stakeholders were received by 1st August, 2013 along with the signing of the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Association of Agreement (AoA) of NCRTC. NCRTC was formally incorporated on 21st August, 2013 as a Company under the Company Act, 1956. As a joint partnership project between the Center and the States, NCRTC would have one nominated Director each from the participating States, and four nominee Directors from the Government of India. The Secretary (UD) is the ex-officio Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director, a nominee of MoUD. NCRTC also has the flexibility of forming separate subsidiary companies for implementing specific projects.
