Job Description:

National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), is a joint sector company of Govt. of India and Participating State Governments formed for implementation of High-Speed Train Corridor Project in India. It is one of the most ambitious projects in rail infrastructure sector, to give economy a boost and to build first ever high-speed rail corridor of India, between Mumbai-Ahmedabad. The corporation is planning to position itself as one of the best employers by adopting modern HR practices and is designing an employee’s friendly HR policy. To work with NHSRCL will not only give exposure to its employees in terms of best-in-class technology but will also provide other benefits. Applications are, hereby, invited from young and dynamic persons of Indian nationality for the following category of Executive posts in NHSRCL on contract basis initially for a period of 3 years extendable by another 2 years as per decision of NHSRCL. #

Age Limit:

Age between (as on 31.12.2020), 20 to 35 Years, i.e., born not earlier than 31.12.1985 and not later than 31.12.2000, for all the posts.

Education/Qualification:

Senior Executive(Civil) :Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description

Senior Executive(S&T) : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics &Communications/Electrical/ Computer/Information Technology, from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description

Senior Executive(Electrical) : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum Two years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description

Assistant Manager(General) : Degree in any discipline from a Govt. recognized University/Institute with minimum Four years post qualification relevant work experience as mentioned in the job description

About Organization :

National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) was incorporated on 12th February 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013 with an object to finance, construct, maintain and manage the High Speed Rail Corridor in India. The Company has been modelled as ‘Special Purpose Vehicle’ in the joint sector with equity participation by Central Government through Ministry of Railways and two State Governments viz. Government of Gujarat and Government of Maharashtra. The High-Speed Rail (HSR) project apart from being a technological marvel, would afford many quantifiable benefits like saving in travel time, vehicle operation cost, reduction in pollution, job creation, reduction in accidents/ enhanced safety, imported fuel substitution, and reduction in pollutants. The project would also boost the infrastructure and add to the growth of economy. HSR would be an integrated system having overall optimization of various components, viz. Hardware, Software, Human-ware, and their interface, etc. The Company would require a manpower strength of about 3000 – 4000 officials (estimated) for executing the operations of high-speed corridor. The requisite manpower would need to be highly proficient in implementation of high-speed technology so as to execute the project efficiently and effectively. Therefore, the Company has started construction of an exclusive training institute at Vadodara to cater to this aspect.
