AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is excited to announce openings for a Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership Programme in Cape Town, George, Mossel Bay, Wynberg, and Bellville. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the insurance sector!
About the Learnership
- Duration: The Learnership will run for 9 to 12 months.
- Qualification: NQF Level 4, 140 credits.
- Structure: The program combines theoretical learning through an accredited training provider with practical experience in the workplace, leading to a registered qualification.
- Stipend: A monthly allowance will be paid to learners throughout the duration of the learnership.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid matric certificate.
- Subjects: English, Maths/Maths Literacy, and/or Accounting must be included in matric.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Should not be registered with another academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
- A smartphone or laptop would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Placement: The company reserves the right to determine the placement of the learner.
- Preference: Suitably qualified individuals from previously disadvantaged groups will be given preference.
