I am an enthusiastic and dedicated Test Lead with experience across different IT areas of Banking Sector. An exceptional leader who can develop and motivate others to achieve targets, I can demonstrate a strong ability to manage testing and get involved in testing projects from conception through to successful completion. A proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, I perform effectively even within a highly pressurised working environment.
OBJECTIVE
I am now looking forward to progress into a more challenging position within the Software Testing that will give me a platform to expand my horizon strategically and technically. I am therefore keen to join a new and suitably challenging role within a leading organisation.

Work & Experience
• Perform End to End SIT Prioritization of all tests related tasks using project management tools such as Jira, testing tool such as QC/ALMTest Rail and using agile methodology.
• Co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing across all Stake Holders in a Customer Relationship Division.
• Responsible for Sprint Closure and Planning from Testing End
• Plan, Control, Test and manage User Stories allocated for Sprint and tracking progress against plans including defect management and monitoring.
• Continuously assess my own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and attend training where appropriate and needed.
• Communicate IT Test Project Status in all appropriate meetings as well as reporting.
• Involved in Stakeholder Prioritisation discussion, Backlog review and User Story grooming
• Involved in Fortnightly Design Solution Playback / Show and Tell
• Plan and facilitate Pilot testing where needed.
• Manage working relationship with stakeholders including SMEs, Scrum Master and provide input to business requirements.
• Create Test plan by unpacking requirements, regression as well as Test Strategy.
• Facilitate daily Stand Up and manage all defects and incidents, as well as Service Requests raised, and Blockers detected during SIT.
