Minimum Requirements:

• Education:
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
• Experience:
  • No experience required, though client service experience in retail, finance, or banking is preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge:
  • Basic calculations.
  • Familiarity with banking environments and Capitec’s products (preferred).

Conditions of Employment:

• Criminal and credit record must be clear.
• Fingerprints should be detectable in Capitec’s electronic banking system.
