Call Centre Internship Details:

• Remuneration:
  • R9,531.54 per month (for candidates with a qualification completed with a minimum of 360 credits)
  • R3,500.00 per month (for enrolled students)
• Location: Thuso House, 61 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:
  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) plus a relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 or currently enrolled in a qualification at NQF level 6.
• Residency: Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.

Primary Function:

• Provide high-quality call centre service, both telephonic and written.
• Analyze and identify account queries, process necessary procedures, and resolve revenue-related queries at the first point of contact.
• Log and/or escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department while meeting targets set by the R & CRM department.

Other Internships Available:

Climate Change Adaptation Internship

• Requirements:
  • Grade 12/NQF level 4 plus Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or Energy Studies.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Good communication and project management skills.

Human Settlements Internship

• Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) plus a Degree (NQF level 7) in Business Management Administration/Public Management or Public Administration.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of municipal governments and city regulations is a plus.
