Alessia Messuti, the Learning Innovation Officer at ITCILO, emphasized that when creating new courses with partners, the goal is to enable participants to make decisions and take action rather than simply memorizing information.
In a recent announcement, ITC highlighted the adaptability of modern learners, who are increasingly tech-savvy and eager to participate in shaping their educational paths. Between 2018 and 2019, over 60% of the training activities were customized, and since then, the center has reached tens of thousands of learners each year with these personalized offerings.
Têvi Tete-Benissan, Executive Director of the National Council of Employers of Togo, noted that the training has helped participants achieve their objectives by applying relevant experiences to their specific situations. He also mentioned that the training facilitated the exchange of experiences and best practices among various employers’ organizations.
