nticesearch Solutions was established in 2010 as a specialized search firm in Birmingham, UK, primarily catering to the automotive industry in the country. While still supporting the automotive sector, the UK division has expanded its market focus to include other industries like Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance, IT, Telecommunications, Retail, Business Services, and Engineering.
In 2013, Ntice Search Solutions opened its South African office, providing bespoke sourcing and recruitment solutions to the EMEA market. Ntice SA specialises in search assignments and is a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor. Our industry focus is similar to that of the UK division, including Agriculture, FMCG, Mining, Construction, Education, Freight, Logistics, and Shipping, among others.
In 2018, Ntice Search Solutions rebranded as Ntice Sourcing Solutions, as we had expanded our offerings beyond search-related solutions. These additional offerings include several direct sourcing recruitment services, online job board advertising, as well as onshore and offshore recruitment services.
