Programme Overview: Ford is currently seeking candidates for the NCAMA Learnership (NQF Level-2), which is a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a global leader in the automotive industry.
Requirements:
Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics (Higher Grade or Standard Grade). Unfortunately, Maths Literacy, Functional Maths, Commercial Maths, and Applied Maths are not accepted.
Grade 12 English.
Must be currently unemployed.
Must be under 35 years old.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Problem-solving skills, resilience, and the drive to achieve results.
