GIBB is offering opportunities for unemployed youth to join their YES (Youth Employment Service) Internship Programme. This programme, in partnership with the government, is designed to reduce youth unemployment by providing participants with skills development, meaningful work experience, and a salary, improving their chances of long-term employment.

- Business Admin/Project/Bid/Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Water and Integrated Infrastructure (WIIG)
- Transportation (Civil Engineering)
- Electrical Engineering
- Mining (Mechanical Engineering)
- Human Capital Management
Eligibility Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- South African citizen (born in South Africa)
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Currently unemployed and available for a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Not a previous YES Programme beneficiary
- PC literate
- Eager to learn new skills in your relevant field
- Honest and responsible
Required Qualifications (one of the following):
- National Diploma or Degree in Business/Project/Bid Admin & Supply Chain Management
- Degree or certification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting
- National Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
