GIBB is inviting applications for its YES (Youth Employment Service) Internship Programme, a business-led initiative in partnership with the government to combat youth unemployment. The programme aims to provide young people with the chance to develop new skills, gain valuable workplace experience, and earn a salary, improving their prospects for long-term employment.

- Business Admin/Project/Bid/Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Water and Integrated Infrastructure (WIIG)
- Transportation (Civil Engineering)
- Electrical Engineering
- Mining (Mechanical Engineering)
- Human Capital Management
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12
- South African citizen (born in South Africa)
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Unemployed and available for a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Not a previous YES Programme beneficiary
- Computer literate
- Eager to learn and develop skills in your relevant field
- Honest and responsible
- One of the following qualifications:
- National Diploma or Degree in Business/Project/Bid Admin & Supply Chain Management
- Degree or certification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting
- National Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
