Description:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Delivering a positive and professional customer service experience to branch clients.
Managing client inquiries at branches while documenting activities and outcomes.
Timely escalation of customer complaints or complex issues to supervisors and branch managers.
Providing clients with technical assistance regarding AVBOB Member Value products and services.
Building strong client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups on ongoing processes.
Maintaining client records and documentation.
Identifying potential client service concerns through post-service surveys and facilitating proactive interventions.
Monitoring emerging trends in client services and assisting the team in utilizing these insights.
Recommending product enhancements based on client feedback regarding services.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Financial Degree, or
Accounting/Economics Degree, or
BSc in Information Systems, or
Marketing Management Degree, or
Business Administration Degree.
Skills and Experience:
Data analytics proficiency.
Sales experience is a plus.
Customer service experience is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
