How to Contact CACH

The Central Application Clearing House (CACH) is a service that gathers information from Grade 12 students looking for placement at a university, university of technology, or TVET college at the start of the year.

Institutions and Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) use the CACH database to match eligible students with available spots. If a student meets the criteria and a spot is available, the institution will reach out once the student accepts the offer through the CACH system.

For those not part of the CAS pilot schools, you can sign up by visiting the CACH website.

If you have questions or need assistance, you can reach the CACH Call Centre at 0860 690 722.
