Explore World-Class Learning at the International Training Centre

Since its inception in 1964, the International Training Centre (ITC) has been a leader in education and training, operating under the auspices of the International Labour Organization. Its primary focus is to promote decent work while examining the evolving landscape of employment. If you’re interested in this mission, here’s everything you need to know.

The ITC offers students the flexibility to either engage in “world-class learning from the comfort of their homes” or participate in on-campus training sessions in Turin, Italy.

The Centre’s mission is to ensure that individuals have access to digitally enhanced capacity-building services that equip them for successful transitions in their careers.

By leveraging global partnerships, the ITC provides a wide array of training programs covering essential topics such as employment promotion, international labour standards, social protection, social dialogue, innovation, gender equality and diversity, sustainable development, and the future of work.

The offerings include academies, standard courses, free self-paced modules, and Master’s and Diploma programs, available in various languages and formats (online, in-person, or blended).

Upon completion of a course, students receive digital credentials that can be easily integrated into their email signatures, LinkedIn profiles, and personal websites. The Centre awards three types of certificates: Certificates of Participation, Certificates of Achievement, and Diplomas, based on the number of learning hours and credits earned.

For those opting for in-person classes, the ITC campus is well-equipped, featuring:

Over 200 rooms and suites, along with a 24/7 reception service
A self-service cafeteria accommodating various cultural and dietary needs
A gift shop offering a range of gadgets, stationery, and clothing
Facilities including a post office, medical center, and laundry services
Campus life includes weekend excursions to iconic Italian destinations like Venice, Portofino, and Milan, along with musical events, fitness classes, and access to sports facilities and equipment. Additionally, there’s a travel agency available for students.

Students can also opt for a hybrid learning experience, combining in-person and online coursework.

The ITC provides diverse training options, including mobile-friendly courses, webinars, and free self-guided modules. Students can earn stackable credentials that contribute toward executive education certificates.
