Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Site Audits

Project Scoping

Contractor Management

Site Sign off

Deliver defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.
Project planning and co-ordination with customer & internal teams.
Coordinate with Management
Assessing project and resource requirements
Evaluate work sequencing and examine all opportunities for improvement.
Communicate ICT implementation plans and policies to project stakeholders
Overseeing all project milestones and dependencies
Conduct business analysis and capture customers’ requirements
Ensure project run on time and within budget.
Review and approve all vendors valuation.
Manage installations
Creating Project handover documentation to ensure a smooth handover from projects to support post implementation.
Responsible for ensuring the Activities right from Project Initiation to Project Launch.
Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
Manage and track the fibre annual budget.
Review and approve final invoices.
Draw up detailed day-to-day project reporting to stakeholders.
On-site Community, landlord and client management during the build phase.
Manage day to day projects and confirm the availability of stock and allocation.
Manage projects with regards to routine maintenance of telecommunication networksand network infrastructure
Manage special conditions indicated on permitting wayleaves.
Collect data and Information about the sites and routes of optic cable network.
Equipment ordering, tracking and stock reporting
Ensure resources availability and allocations.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Sites Visit during building process
Manage special conditions indicated on permitting wayleaves.
Liaises with all internal and external customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and signoff on scope of work, design documents, planning documents, BOQ, rollout schedule, costing and final quote to customer for the specific project.

Desired Experience & Qualification :

It would be ideal if this candidate has experience in FTTB, and junior project management. Your trade certification will be requried to be produced.
