Main job function

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets, and establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. This role reports directly to the executive team and plays a crucial part in shaping the company’s sales direction and strategy.

LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION

Lead and motivate sales team members, setting objectives and monitoring performance to ensure high levels of motivation and effectiveness

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering solutions aligned with those needs
Monthly High-End customer service
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.

BUILD UP SALES REPORT

Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
Weekly Lead conversion Rate.
Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports for the executive team.
Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
Monthly Net Promoter Score

INNOVATION AND PROMOTE CONTINUOUS GROWTH

Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and to capitalize on product innovation.

Education
Proven study experience with qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a senior sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience in developing strategic sales plans and leading sales teams.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with customers and team members at all levels.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Willingness to travel as required
