Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Main job function

The company is seeking a well-rounded candidate that can manage the following KPI’s
Maintenance management
Capital and maintenance Budget Management and compilation
Safety management – put better safety regulations in place
Play an active role in EHS, TPM, and quality systems, procedures, and continuous improvements
Manage all engineering contractors
Manage +- 6 staff at Wadeville plant and 6 staff and the Durban plant
Contract management

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min: 7 years maintenance management experience in chemical or related industry) or
Btech / NHD in Mechanical Engineering with Government Certificate and 10 years of Maintenance management experience

Criteria

Important notes: Must have chemical manufacturing sector experience, stable track record of candidates staying at a company minimum of 3 years
