Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
Deliver a range of complex qualitative projects from start to end, including thinking out of the box for versatile tech research solutions throughout the project cycle.
Key tasks:
Lead client briefs to understand business objectives.
Design agile tech first methodology, project design and implementation.
Write insightful qualitative reports with strategic recommendations.
Preparation of presentations to a high standard requires little or no input from senior management.
Ability to present findings to clients at a high level with strategic recommendations for the business, contextualize with category knowledge and competitor landscape.
Deliver exceptional value to client and deepen client account relations.
Desired Experience & Qualification :
Experience/Criteria
Demonstrable extensive qualitative market research experience (Research Agency only)
Past experience in running online or hybrid market research studies is an advantage.
Interest in innovative research designs to deliver agile, impactful output.
Good appreciation/understanding of marketing/client issues.
Previous experience working with FMCG companies is an advantage
Qualifications :
Educated to at least degree level or equivalent.
Package & Remuneration
R40 – R65 000 CTC pm (Neg)
