Duties & Responsibilities :

IT SYSTEMS AND PROCESS ANALYST (TRAVEL AGENCY INDUSTRY)
EAST RAND BASED (Springs)
R40 000 per month (slightly neg)
Leading Travel agency seeking TOP systems analyst to join their dynamic team!
Proficiency in: (Not negotiable – all proficiencies are essential)
TRAVEL-IT, ORACLE NET SUITE AND AMADEUS GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (GDS), ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes and workflows, collate information to ensure translation into effective systems solutions

Provide training and support to the Team on best usage, new functionalities and proficiencies, document systems configurations, develop and streamline efficiencies in travel bookings and reservation management
