Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for manning and monitoring of data centre automation systems such as Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm Monitoring System (FAMS) and other system automation monitoring.
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational excellence within the Global Command Centre, including data centre access management and customer remote hand request management.
Lead and manage a team of shift professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Coordinate with other teams, such as data centre operations, customer support, and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with all departments through meetings and reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Engineering Diploma N/T/S stream (preferably Mechanical or Electrical.)
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in critical data centre systems such as HVAC, standby emergency power, uninterruptible power supplies, and associated infrastructure.
CDCP or any other Data Centre certification will be an advantage.
Data Centre BMS – Building Management System experience essential.
Several years of experience in a technical operations role, with a strong focus on data centre operations, Data Centre BMS, alarm management, incidents, problem management, data centre access management, and customer remote hand request management.
Proven experience in managing a Data Centre Global Command Centre/NOC or leading a team in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
