4 years experience as a Financial Manager within the Property industry.

Job description:

Cashflow management
Budgets and Forecasts
Monthly management accounts and reporting
Interim and year-end reporting
Review monthly VAT returns and computation and submission of provisional and income tax.
Oversee and review the preparation of monthly and annual audit files.
Implement necessary internal procedures, controls, and communication.
Human Capital management
