Duties & Responsibilities

ENVIRONMENT:

Are you passionate about music and driven by the idea of revolutionizing the music industry through innovative technology? Our client, a music streaming startup, values rewarding everyone contributing to music creation and distribution. They are seeking an experienced Backend developer for a full-time hybrid role as a Product Engineer, focusing on Backend development. Your role involves maintaining and improving their application’s backend infrastructure, leveraging TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and Terraform technologies.

DUTIES:

Taking ownership of Graph API development and support.
Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Collaborating with other developers to integrate their client-side apps with their server-side infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Typescript.
Experience with AWS or other cloud services such as GCP and Azure.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work out solutions to difficult problems on your own.
Experience in scaling applications to high levels of traffic.
Interested to work full time and contribute yourself fully to the company.
Eager to work in a startup environment.
Ability translate business logic into architecture and code.
Nice to haves:

Passion for electronic music.
Experience with music streaming and content delivery.
Experience with launch and scaling of media applications.
CS degree.
