Duties & Responsibilities
ENVIRONMENT:
CREATE custom reports and perform ad-hoc training while performing Data Transformation & Analysis as the next Application Support Consultant wanted by a provider of Enterprise Management, Media, Accounting and Business Intelligence applications. You will also assist with Data Take-On for ERP systems while designing and developing MS Excel and Power Query related reports. The successful incumbent must have Advance Excel proficiency including MS Excel Power Query (M Language) and working experience with MS SQL and/or Power BI. You will require a background in Software Application Support and a solid understanding of financial concepts or a background in working on or supporting Business Intelligence systems.
DUTIES:
Perform Data Transformation and Analysis.
Assist with Data Take-On for ERP systems.
Design and develop MS Excel and Power Query related reports.
Provide telephonic and e-mail support internally and to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting queries.
Documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Experience with MS Excel Power Query (M Language).
Experience in working with MS SQL and / or Experience in working with Power BI.
A background in software application support.
An understanding of financial concepts or a background in working on or supporting Business Intelligence systems.
Advantageous –
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems / Comp Sci / Engineering.
