Key Responsibilities:
Implement talent management strategies to ensure retention and growth for top talent in the investment business
Creating and maintaining various talent initiatives primarily focused on skills development, training, career planning, employee engagement, and development
Implement talent initiatives to ensure the retention of key skills and resources, identification of top talent within the business, managing employee development programs, and supporting the high-performance culture of the business
Develop and drive initiatives that will create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes
Support the performance evaluation and peer review process for the entity, providing guidance and support to all queries
Collaborate with leadership and the Head of Talent to design individual development plans; support employees in identifying career paths and ongoing support thereof.
Coordinate providing career coaching to high-potential talent and help managers utilize development tools such as project assignments, job rotations, and mentoring
