Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
Must have experience in managing sales and implementing effective sales strategies
Maintaining and increasing sales of a range of locally manufactured and imported agricultural implements and spare parts
Knowledge of the agricultural equipment industry (lime speaders, bale handling, mulchers etc.)
Employee Management – Manage performance, in -house training , dealing with disciplinary related issues etc.
Stock management – Ensure availability of stock by forecasting, planning, ordering and following up and liaising directly
Package & Remuneration
R 380 000 – R 420 000 – Annually
