Job Description

Duties :

Assist customers / patients with choosing products,

· Ensure correct pricing of products,

· Confirm customer / patient medical aid benefits,

· Pricing and quoting of jobs,

· Liaising with labs and suppliers,

· Contact customers / patients to collect completed products

Requirements :

· Grade 12

· Minimum 1-year relevant experience (optical / medical)

· Proficient in MS with knowledge of Optical computer packages preferred,

· Well-presented and well spoken.
