IT Support Intern

Job Description

Duties :

Our client has 2 IT Support Internships available at the Port Elizabeth branch,

· Assist in managing help desk calls, scheduling appointments, and handling tickets.

· Work closely with the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of user issues.

· Provide basic support to end-users to minimize service delays for simple technical problems.

· Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues.

· Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient IT infrastructure.

· Assist in the maintenance of IT standards and documentation

· Collaborate with the team to update and create documentation for IT processes and procedures.

Requirements :

· Grade 12

· Diploma in IT Infrastructure,

· Candidate must be recently qualified and unemployed

· Candidate must have zero work experience
