Job Description


Degree in Sales / Marketing Management or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in a sales/business development role preferably in Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Environment
Postgraduate qualification is Business Administration will be highly advantageous
Account management experience in Business-to-Business Sales and Medical Rep, related or similar industry sales will be preferable
Excellent command of the English Language
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint Skills,

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensures that the service offering provided satisfies the client’s needs and identifies leads across allocated portfolios.
Resolve all enquiries or queries within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure that the assigned portfolio is sufficiently serviced to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensures all Service Level agreements are current and valid.
Ensure that clients’ portfolios data integrity is accurately maintained.
Assists with preparing and presenting business proposals to both existing and new potential customers
Meet and exceed sales target (100% of target)
Maintains close relationships with the Business Development Manager and Director to capitalise on opportunities identified
Deals with, resolves, and reports on issues, concerns and complaints related to your portfolio or allocated clients
