Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts at a national level
Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability within key accounts
Coordinate and lead regular meetings with key account stakeholders to discuss business performance, opportunities, and challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key account needs are met
Identify new business opportunities and work to expand key account portfolio
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform key account strategies
Develop and execute promotional programs and initiatives to drive sales and market share growth
Track and report on key account performance metrics and KPIs
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account activities and achievements

Qualifications:

Relevant Sales Diploma or Degree
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in FMCG – preferably wholesale
Proven track record of success in managing national key accounts and achieving business targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
Experience in analyzing market data and trends to inform business strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
