Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain effective employee relations policies and programs within the mining industry
Investigate and resolve employee complaints, disputes, and grievances in a timely and fair manner
Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues
Implement strategies to improve communication and trust between employees and management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Conduct training programs on employee relations topics for employees and management
Participate in negotiations with labor unions and other employee representatives
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee relations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in employee relations within the mining industry
Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Experience working with labor unions and other employee representatives
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proven track record of implementing successful employee relations programs

Benefits:

Salary: R1,4m CTC – R1,5m CTC
