Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead audit engagements for a portfolio of clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation
Identify and communicate potential audit issues and propose solutions
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
CA(SA) qualification is strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably within a professional services firm
Excellent knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple engagements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
