Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Process vehicle registrations, renewals, and transfers
– Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related documentation
– Ensure all vehicles meet legal and safety requirements
– Coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules
– Assist with vehicle inventory management and reporting
– Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle documentation and registration
– Provide administrative support to the vehicle department as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a vehicle-related role preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of vehicle registration processes and regulations
