Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs and upgrades as needed.
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in regards to maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks based on production needs.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
