Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Wealth Advisers with client meetings, including preparing presentations and documents
Research financial products and market trends to support Wealth Advisers in providing tailored financial advice to clients
Help coordinate client events and seminars
Manage client communications and follow up on action items
Assist with account opening and maintenance processes
Maintain client records accurately and securely

Requirements:

– Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
– Previous experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role is highly preferred
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team
– Knowledge of financial products and market trends
