Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
– Build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
– Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and goals
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and promotions
– Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decision-making
– Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to secure new business opportunities
– Monitor and track sales performance, KPIs, and trends to assess effectiveness of business development efforts
– Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing role
– Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
– Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
– Experience in the technology industry is a plus
