Duties & Responsibilities :
What will you be doing as a Liberty Financial Adviser?
You are going to be responsible for helping your clients plan they want by developing financial strategies that create wealth and reduce debt.
You are going to take time to truly understand your clients needs, wants and any dreams that they hold dear, and you are going to become a life-long partner in making sure that they achieve them and live their best lives possible.
There is going to be some intense in-house training offered – Product training, financial services certifications (like regulatory examinations and class of business training) and continuous development in furthering your education with no cost to you as its part of Liberty’s continuous development initiatives.
You will also be expected to show Liberty’s core values once you in the field as we want our representatives to be always respectful and empathetic to their customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
You are going to be starting your own professional practice under the Liberty Brand and Liberty is going to be offering you all the support that you will need to make sure that you practice is a success.
You are going to conduct detailed family care plans, provide professional advice, provide solutions for clients, and build long-term relationships.
You are also going to be conducting needs analysis for you clients to find out where there are gaps, and you can fill those gaps by offering the various Liberty products available.
Desired Experience & Qualification
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Diploma/Degree advantageous – Please note that your qualification must be recognized by the Financial Services Authority.
Minimum of 2 years Sales experience.
Valid driver’s license – own transport is an advantage.
Clear criminal and credit record
RE5, Wealth Management and a Certificate in Banking are an advantage
FAIS compliant
Excellent communication skills & networking skills
