Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Compilation of estimates
Weekly operational meetings with customers, resolve any queries and providing feedback
Compile monthly management reports and present to customers
Manage customer statements and overdue’s
Maintain and update rate profiles
Manage customer GP report and provide feedback to management on portfolio growth
Knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar system

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding environment end-to-end process
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a client retention capacity
Freight forwarding experience essential
Working knowledge of CargoWise 1 or similar system
