Duties & Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients logistics excellence, ensuring that their supply chain runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll oversee the strategic management of their raw materials, optimize warehouse operations, and orchestrate timely deliveries that keep our customers satisfied.
Your expertise will be instrumental in:
Masterminding the movement of raw materials from procurement to production, ensuring a steady supply for our clients manufacturing processes.
Optimizing warehouse operations, implementing cutting-edge systems and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Managing daily routes and schedules for shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals and customer satisfaction.
Tracking the progress of shipments, keeping a watchful eye on inventory levels and proactively addressing any potential disruptions.
Compiling comprehensive reports and composing clear, concise business correspondence, keeping our stakeholders informed and engaged.
To excel in this role, you’ll possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management, coupled with no less than 5 years of experience in a recent related managerial role.
A proven track record of success in Logistics and Planning, with a deep understanding of planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
Expertise in managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling you to effectively manage data and create comprehensive reports.
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock analysis, and Kanban Warehousing principles.
Familiarity with export and import procedures, ensuring smooth international trade operations.
Solid financial understanding, enabling you to make informed decisions that impact our bottom line.
