A leading company in the FMCG industry is currently looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. The Credit Controller is responsible for collecting the outstanding debt ensuring in the day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing and reconciling of accounts.

As a Credit Controller you will responsible for the following:
Collect trade debt:
Confirm payment of all new and existing customer accounts
Control allocated accounts and ensure that all outstanding monies owed to the company is collected
Log and address customer queries
Maintain good customer relations

Request credit limits:
Request increase/s of credit limit

Liaise with customers:
Follow up on overdue accounts

Skills Required:

Completed Credit Management Certificate
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience
Excellent attention to detail
FMCG experience is preferred
