Reporting Accountant

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Our national client, a prominent player in the manufacturing printing industry, near Mount Edgecombe, is currently seeking a Reporting Accountant to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience in a group role working with financial statements and audit experience.

Responsibilities:

Audit planning.
Collation of audit documents.
Management of the shared document repository.
Managing auditors and liaising with the team on audit requirements.
Compiling and consolidating IFRS reports, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
Preparing consolidation packs.
Reconciling differences between Business Unit workings and Trial Balance.
Assisting with the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
