Duties & Responsibilities :

Key performance areas:

Control and monitor the quality of all activities and produce in the butcheries
Drive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties
Manage all stock in the region
Monitor the hygienic and safety processes
Perform people management functions for the Region
Report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties for the Region

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have:

Matric or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in the meat industry
Must have knowledge of meat cuts / products
Must have knowledge of IR and FMCG principles
Must have knowledge of merchandising standards and principles
Must have knowledge of butchery hygiene and safety standards
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
