Duties & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop trust relationships with major clients, ensuring loyalty and preventing them from turning to competitors.
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and expand relationships by proposing tailored solutions.
Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Drive new sales and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, presenting current offers and generating business opportunities.
Prepare insightful reports on progress and forecasts, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.


Tertiary qualification preferred.
1-3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Driver’s License and own transport.
Fluency in the local language.
