Duties & responsibilities :

A manufacturing in company in Phoenix is looking for a qualified Supervisor: As a supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team or department within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly, goals are met, and employees are supported in their roles. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a dedication to fostering a positive work environment.
· Enforcing disciplinary actions on defaulters
· Reporting to your Superiors regarding production goals, quality, work performance
· Serve as a liaison between upper management and team members
· Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the team’s productivity and effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve performance.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
· Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
· Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
· Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Manufacturing industry best practices and regulations.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
